Some examples of where I have received help from my Angels and Guides. The first example that comes to mind happened a number of years ago. I was driving the car down to the South Coast of England to visit my wife's parents with my wife and our three children in the car. We had been driving for about three hours and were just going around London on the M25. As we were going up a hill, I was in the fast lane going at the speed limit. Just before we reached the crest of the hill, I got this urgent message in my head that said: Stop. I immediately started to slow down, not knowing why! As the car went over the crest of the hill there was standing traffic in all lanes, as there must have been an accident. I tried to brake harder but realised I was not going to stop in time. Anyway instead of braking to the point of skidding, I was guided to a gap between the fast lane of traffic and the crash barrier. I still passed three cars in this narrow gap before I was able to bring the car to a stop. If I had not had that message from my guardian angel before I came over the top of the hill, I would have been going too fast to be able to control the car. In the end the only damage the car received was an inch long scratch along the side from a reflector fixed to the crash barrier. An odd experience happened once when I was doing a group meditation and workshop. We had just finished the group meditation and I was about to discuss what people had experienced during the meditation when I felt a stirring in the energies in the room. I had about 10 people seated in a circle with a lighted candle in the centre. Around the candle we had some crystals, a few feathers and some water representing the five elements of Fire, Earth, Air, Water and the Life Force or Space. As I sat there I felt a presence come through the closed door in front of me and walk towards me. Everyone in the room became aware of the look on my face and the feeling I was having that something unusual was going on. As the presence crossed over where the candle was it went to my left and I followed it with my eyes; even though I could not see anything physical, I had a strange feeling there was something there. My eyes were drawn to a table close to the wall, where one of the course participants had leaned his walking stick. As this presence came to the table the walking stick suddenly flew across the room and the presence continued on and melted through the wall. All the people in the room saw this happen but none of us were able to explain what had caused the walking stick to suddenly fly across the room with apparently no one there. |
