Whose Fault is it?

The problem we all face today, in a changing environment, is that we are all running out of time. There never seems enough time, to do all the things we need to do and the main reason that we are rushing about, is to earn enough money, to in reality standstill. An average family cannot support itself and find savings, even with both parents working full time. Because of the need for money we have to have our children looked after by a third party, so that we can keep working and this in its self adds furthur pressure to the budget. As we struggle to climb the ladder and we finally get the income sorted, we can then move into a new house and this brings a whole new set of pressures to bear. Now, we have to make sure that we are doing exactly what is expected of a family with this new found wealth. Are the cars OK ? are the kids in the right school? Have we got all the latest electronic equipment? Etc.. etc.. There never seems to be time for us. Modern society has developed to such a stage that there is never enough time for us. We all tend to forgo happiness and time with our families, so that we can pretend to everyone that we are happy. How many of us can truly put our hand on our heart and say I am happy most of the time Remember that you are only asking yourself so there is no need to lie. Stop and take a minute to reflect and ask yourself,Am I truly happy?or Am I presenting an exterior that is just a show? Have you got quality time with your family? Can you do all the things you want to do, when you want to do them? Is your relationship fulfilling? Are you really that secure financially, or are you too highly geared? Am I creating stress by competing? Etc.. It is only when we are honest with ourselves that we can truly start to put things right. If you answered any of the above questions with the answer that you will sort things out when you have got the money sorted. You must answer No because it will never happen. Many of us excuse so much of our behaviour because we are convinced that eventually we will be able to catch up on all the things we have lost.

A lot of you at this point might be thinking that I have something against money, WRONG. We actually need money, to live a total life and experience all the things that we should, during our very limited time here. What I am saying, is that we have all become confused and we are trying to obtain wealth,at the expense of our health and our happiness. There is a way to obtain fantastic wealth and also regain your health and most of all the main ingredient happiness. All this can be achieved and each part is totally dependent on the other. How good is this, I teach you how to be happy and a by product of it is, you become healthier and wealthier. The message has been around for thousands of years but it has become confused in its teachings, the message I have is, that ALL is possible and you are the only one who can stop it. Do not get me wrong this is not magic it is all based on scientific principles but by the same token it is not easy.

The great thing about being totally happy, is that you then are in a position, to determine what you consider success and wealth. The reason is that once you are at peace with yourself, you have no need to compete or impress anyone else.

Croz is a motivational speaker and personal mentor. Croz has been in business in the corporate world for many years and has experienced many ups and downs. His philosophy is, that all downs are good, provided that you learn from them, and all highs are great, as long as you cherish them. Having gained knowledge and experience from these situations, he finds it very easy to relate to stressed business people. Croz does mentoring over the internet as well as personal consultations. Croz is disillusioned with the current spate of lifestyle coaches, who just read a book or do a course. He says that someone who has not experienced things for real is hardly the person to ask for advice. If you are looking to get advice from a person who has lived a very full life and now practices what he preaches, Croz is just the man. Most people feel a bit embarassed when they first ask for help, but pretty quickly they realise how much they needed it. A mans knowledge is easily outweighed by his experience.
